We use this drill to work on reaction and defense for Bodykicks.
You have 4 options when your opponent kicks.
1. Evade
2. Block with the shin
3. Catch
4. Take it( blocking with the arms is no block)
Every time you answer with a kick back, if you take... it you punch back first but follow up with a kick to even the score.

Die nächste Generation macht sich auf den Weg in den Ring. Mit @d_ur4k und @m_axim.17 haben zwei weitere Nachwuchskämpfer an diesem Wochenende ihre ersten Fights für unser Gym bestritten.
Beide haben ihre Kämpfe gewonnen, @d_ur4k vorzeitig in der 2.Runde durch TKO und @m_axim.17 eindeutig ...nach Punkten, mit 2 Niederschlägen.
Neben unseren Erwachsenen Kämpfern legen wir großen Wert auf unsere Jugend und das neu gestartete Kindertraining. Die Entwicklung und Erfolge unserer Schüler und Athleten spricht für sich und wir freuen uns viele weitere Menschen in Zukunft in den Ring begleiten zu können. Wir fördern und fordern sie um die beste Version ihrer selbst zu sein und legen großen Wert das sie wirklich bereit sind in den Ring zu steigen.Vollkontakt Kampfsport spielt man nicht und wir sind uns unserer Verantwortung gegenüber unseren Mitgliedern und deren Familien bewusst.
Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an meinen Bruder @_arjanhajdari der den weiten Weg auf sich genommen hat um mich an diesem Wochenende zu unterstützen, denn auch wenn ich schon unzählige Wettkämpfer zum Ring und am Ring betreut habe,war dieses Wochenende etwas besonderes und für mich persönlich auch nicht ganz einfach.(If you know you know)Um so mehr bedeutet es mir Ihn an meiner Seite gehabt zu haben.
